Beatriz Cabur
Co-Founder and Executive Director
Beatriz Cabur is a Spanish theatre-maker based in London. She has written and/or directed over 35 plays which have been produced in six countries (Spain, US, Austria, Italy, Mexico and the UK). Beatriz graduated with a degree in Playwriting and Theatre Directing from the RESAD and received a Master of Advanced Studies in Audiovisual Communication from the UCM. She is the co-founder and executive director of NITE; the co-founder of The Theatre Times; Director of the Hispanic Languages Committee of Eurodram; European Managing Director of 365 Women a Year; International member and founder of the Spanish division of The League of Professional Theatre Women and member of The Fence Playwriting Network.

Magda Romanska
Executive Director
Magda Romanska graduated with honours from Stanford University, holds a Ph.D. in Theatre and Film from Cornell University. She is a Visiting Associate Professor of Dramaturgy and Dramatic Criticism at Yale School of Drama and Associate Professor of Dramaturgy and Theatre Studies at Emerson College. In 2014, Romanska was a Visiting Associate Professor at Harvard University, and in 2002, she was a visiting scholar at the Yale School of Drama. Romanska is the dramaturg for the Boston Lyric Opera, Research Associate at Harvard University’s Minda de Gunzburg Center for European Studies and Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies and a founding editor of Yale Literary and Arts Magazine.

Douglas Howe
Co-founder
Douglas Howe is an American theatre maker currently based in New York City. He has directed over 30 productions in 5 countries. In addition to the States, Douglas has lived in Amsterdam, Paris & Sydney. He is a graduate of the Carnegie Mellon School of Drama. He has trained with Peruvian master teacher Victoria Santa Cruz, Bulgarian director Mladen Kiselov, Japanese actor Yoshi Oida, SITI company and the Moscow Art Theatre (MXAT). He is a member of the Lincoln Center Directors Lab, The Fence Playwriting Network, SAG/AFTRA and AEA.

Projects
We help improve society as a whole by supporting theatre projects that have an international focus. We assist in, promote and consult on readings, festivals, conferences, congresses, workshops, symposiums, and theatrical events being presented by trusted colleagues around the world.
Productions
We produce original works. Our goal is to present new and innovative theatre from playwrights and devisors from around the world. Our focus is to showcase impactful voices that are under-represented with a broad global audience.
